Orders & Cancellations

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, not a guaranteed sale. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized resale activity. Any canceled order is refunded in full to your original payment method.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time your order is placed. We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full order total in USD.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if we suspect a violation. Provisions related to ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any policies referenced or posted on this site, make up the complete agreement between you and Loadline LLC.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
